The Rules (Ok what we mean is Terms and Conditions)

These terms and conditions govern your use and purchase of goods through our online storefront at www.littlecarnivores.com (“Website”) which is owned by Little Carnivores LLP (“Little Carnivores”), a company incorporated in Singapore.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using and accessing Website, you hereby accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions as may be added at our sole and absolute discretion from time to time. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please immediately discontinue your access and use of this Website.

Little Carnivores reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify the Terms & Conditions without prior warning or notice. By accessing this Website, you agree to comply with and observe all applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice and directives including without limitation the laws of the Republic of Singapore in connection with access to and use of the Website.

This Website may include links and access to other third party internet sites and services. You acknowledge and agree that Little Carnivores has no control over such third party internet sites and services, and that, Little Carnivores is not responsible or liable in any way for any activities and/or content of such third party officers of the content, products or services appearing in such third party internet sites nor does Little Carnivores express any warranty or representation whatsoever as to such third party internet sites.

Whilst we endeavour to provide you with accurate and updated information on our Website, we cannot provide any representation warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors.

Ordering

In order to submit a purchase order through our Website, you will be required to complete the registration process and provide us with your personal data. Little Carnivores has the sole and absolute right to refuse the registration of a potential customer or to terminate the registration of any customers.

All purchase orders submitted to Little Carnivores through the Website are final and strictly no cancellation or amendment to all or part of the purchase order is allowed upon submission of the purchase order and/or upon receipt of your payment. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and details of your purchase order before submitting your purchase order to Little Carnivores.

Little Carnivores shall be entitled to reject, cancel or terminate your purchase order for any reason whatsoever, even after a purchase order is confirmed by and paid for by you. In the event we reject, cancel or terminate your purchase order, we will refund to you any amount(s) you may have paid for the goods described in the purchase order and we shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any loss or damage arising out of or in relation to the rejection, cancellation or termination of your purchase order (the "Refund"). In particular, Little Carnivores shall not be responsible to you for any taxes, losses, payments, levies, duties, fees, fines, penalties, charges, arising in connection with the Refund, including but not limited to any bank charges or foreign exchange losses which may result from the cancellation, rejection or termination of your purchase order and Refund thereto which shall be borne solely by you.

Payment

All prices shown in our website are in Singapore Dollars (S$).

At this moment, we only accept payment via PayPal.

Customs and Taxes

For our international customers for which delivery takes place outside of Singapore, please note that your package may subject to customs, tariff, duty, import taxes, Value added Tax (VAT), goods and services tax and other charges, duties or taxes of a similar nature ("Taxes"). You are responsible for paying such Taxes and Little Carnivores shall not be responsible or obliged to do so nor does your payment(s) to us include such Taxes. Your package may be not be released or may be impounded or confiscated if such Taxes are not paid. Please also note that we are obliged to declare the value of items and goods accurately and cannot entertain any requests for these to be declared as "gifts" or "samples" or any other requests for avoidance of applicable Taxes.

Sizing and Color Accuracy

Colors may appear differently due to the resolution of your computer monitor screen, although we have tried to capture the color closest to its original form.
Measurements stated may vary slightly +/- 2cm to 4 cm. No refunds/exchanges will be made for cases mentioned above. In any event, save for manifest errors, Little Carnivores reserves the sole and absolution right and discretion to judge, determine or arbitrate whether any refunds/exchanges should be made.

Care & Maintenance Refunds

The care and maintenance of the products your purchased are your sole responsibility, we are not liable for damages caused from the customer’s end. Ideally, please hand wash the items especially before wearing it for the first time. You are encouraged to use low to medium heat and on the reverse side of the apparel with a fabric over it should you chose to iron it, so as to minimize the effect of the heat damaging the apparel.

Returns and Exchanges

We will inspect every piece before sending it out to the customers, this ensures that you will receive quality pieces. Should you still find a piece to be unsatisfactory please see our policy.

Items displayed

To give our buyers a better idea on how our outfits can be paired and further improvised, some photographs may include items which belong to the model and are not for sale.

Personal Data

By using and accessing this Website and by providing us with your personal data, you hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data to Little Carnivores and to any third parties Little Carnivores may deal with and otherwise in connection with this Website. During your course of dealings with Little Carnivores, we may have and/or will collect, use, disclose and process your personal data. including to communicate with you, provide products or services to you, respond to your inquiries or complaints, provide you with information and/or updates on products, marketing our products, services and/or promotions offered by Little Carnivores and selected third parties and other purposes (the "Purposes"). In order to conduct our business and operations, we may also be disclosing the personal data you have provided to us to our third party service providers, agents and/or our affiliates or related corporations, and/or other third parties whether sited in Singapore or outside of Singapore, for one or more of the above-stated Purposes. Such third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related corporations and/or other third parties would be processing your personal data either on our behalf or otherwise, for one or more of the above-stated Purposes.

It is necessary for us to collect and to retain your personal data. If you do not provide us with your personal data, or do not consent with this Notice or our Personal Data Protection Policy, we will not be able to effectively provide products and/or services to you, if at all. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please immediately discontinue your access and use of this Website.

You have the right at any time to request us to limit the processing and use of your personal data. (for example, requesting us to stop sending you any marketing and promotional materials or contacting you for marketing purposes). Such a request may take up to 60 business days to process in which interim you will continue to receive such materials or be contacted in relation thereto.

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data. You will promptly update us in the event of any change to your personal data.
